动静之间 The Dynamics and The Stillness(双语):动态练习促进血液和能量的流动循环,给身体加热,带来意识、呼吸、动作和身体的合一;静态练习让我们停下来,有机会观察身体的感觉,做出更细微的调整,加强肌肉的耐力。动静结合是流瑜伽练习的主要方式之一。在这个课里,我们一起探索动中的静(头脑的安静),和静中的动(呼吸的流动)。Dynamic movements promote blood and energy flow, warm up the whole body and bring our body, mind, breath together; static holding poses slow us down, so we have the chance to observe the sensations in the body, make subtle adjustments, and improve muscular endurance. Vinyasa flow yoga is a combination of dynamic movement and static poses. In this class, we are going to explore the stillness (the stillness of the mind) in Movement, and the movement (the movement of the breath) in Stillness.
